Non-Woven Production
With our advanced needle punch and thermabond lines, we produce premium non-woven fabrics, felts and fleeces in a range of weights and thicknesses for sectors from automotive to home appliances.
Lamination Solutions
We bond different layers — foam, fabric, film and foil — seamlessly using flame and hot-melt lamination techniques. This produces composite materials that deliver outstanding acoustic and thermal insulation performance.
Precision Cutting Technologies
Using industrial CNC, waterjet and laser cutting machines, we shape designed products to millimetric precision, quickly and with minimal waste — delivering just in time and exactly to specification.
Thermoforming
On our thermoforming press lines, we shape polyurethane and polyethylene foams three-dimensionally in our own moulds under heat and pressure, producing acoustic and sealing parts with demanding geometries for automotive and industrial applications.
Impregnation Processes
We impregnate our sponges in specially formulated chemical baths, giving them superior technical properties such as flame retardancy, antibacterial performance and extra durability.
Testing and Measurement
We leave nothing about quality to chance. In our advanced laboratories we rigorously carry out acoustic performance tests, flammability tests, density and tensile strength measurements, and every other physical and chemical test required to manufacture to international standards.
